Privacy
This page says what happens to the information you send us through the contact form, and what is stored when you visit the site.
Information you send us
If you submit the contact form, we process your name, email address, telephone number, company name and whatever you write in the fields yourself. We use the information to answer your enquiry and to give you a quote, and we do not share it with anyone else.
The enquiry is sent to us as an email and stored in the inbox of the site’s administration system, where we can read and handle it.
The basis for the processing is legitimate interest: you have got in touch in order to get an answer. You can at any time ask for access to, correction of or deletion of the information by writing to firmapost@loop127.com.
Bot protection in the form
The form is protected against automated submissions with Cloudflare Turnstile. The service makes a technical assessment of your browser in order to tell humans from robots, and Cloudflare may store data in your browser as part of that check.
Cookies and consent
The site sets no cookies of its own. Your choice in the consent banner is stored locally in your browser, in the site’s own storage – not in a cookie. The same applies to any other interface choices you make, such as closing a box. None of it is sent to us.
The fonts on this site are loaded from Google’s font service. Google therefore receives your IP address when a page is shown, but it sets no cookies for this.
If you say yes, we load Google Analytics, and Google then sets its own cookies. Analytics is switched off until you consent. The banner you meet the first time is set to “declined” until you press “Accept” yourself – if you choose “Decline”, Google Analytics is not loaded at all, and no analytics cookies are set.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The banner then comes back, and you can choose again.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 for statistics about the use of the site: which pages are visited, roughly for how long, and what type of device is used. The purpose is to make the site better – not to identify you.
The basis for the processing is your consent. Google acts as a data processor for us, and the information may be transferred to countries outside the EEA. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and we do not link the analytics data to the information you give in the contact form.
How long we store it
We keep enquiries for as long as the case is active, and then for as long as we need them to answer questions about what we delivered. Any attachments in the form system are deleted automatically after 180 days. If you ask us to delete the enquiry before that, we do – unless we are required to keep it, for example under the accounting rules.
Your rights
You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to have what is wrong corrected, to have the information deleted, and to receive it in a machine-readable format. If you have consented to analytics, you can withdraw your consent at any time.
We answer such enquiries without undue delay, and no later than within one month.
